A - GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Workshop No. 1:
The building is a single-story structure with a floor area of 2,211 m². The ridge height is 8.8 m. The perimeter is enclosed with masonry walls, and the roof is covered with heat-insulated metal sheets.

  • Structure of Workshop No. 1:
    The workshop features a load-bearing steel frame structure. Steel columns are bolted to steel roof trusses and beams, with roof bracing and column bracing connected using X-bracing. The surrounding
    urroundingurrounding consists of masonry walls with a height of 3.9 m; brick cladding encloses the steel columns up to 4.5 m, above which galvanized steel sheets are installed with an average height of 2.5 m. The roof is covered with insulated metal sheets.

2. Workshop No. 2:

+ Zone 2A:
The building is a single-story structure with a floor area of 1,982 m². The ridge height is 9.7 m, and the column top height is 8.9 m.

  • Upper section: the goods handling area using machinery is enclosed with a 1 m high masonry wall, with the remaining portion clad in galvanized steel sheets.

  • Lower section: the production and finishing area using machinery is enclosed with a 4 m high masonry wall, with the remaining portion clad in galvanized steel sheets.
    The roof is covered with insulated metal sheets.

+ Zone 2B:
The building is a single-story structure with a floor area of 2,203.97 m². The ridge height is 9.4 m, and the column top height is 8 m. The surrounding masonry wall is 4 m high, with the remaining portion clad in galvanized steel sheets. The roof is covered with insulated metal sheets.

  • Superstructure of Workshop No. 2:

+ Zone 2A:
The workshop features a load-bearing steel frame structure. Steel columns are bolted to steel roof trusses and beams, with roof bracing and column bracing connected using X-bracing. The enclosure system consists of masonry walls and galvanized steel sheet cladding. The roof is covered with insulated metal sheets.

+ Zone 2B:
The workshop features a load-bearing steel frame structure. Steel columns are bolted to steel roof trusses and beams, with roof bracing and column bracing connected using X-bracing. The building is a single-story structure with an additional mezzanine floor, with a total floor area of 1,129.56 m². The ridge height is 8.4 m. Brick cladding encloses the steel columns. The perimeter is enclosed with masonry walls up to a height of 7.3 m. The roof is covered with insulated metal sheets.

  • Structure of the warehouse:
    The warehouse features a load-bearing steel frame structure. Steel columns are bolted to steel roof trusses and beams, with roof bracing and column bracing connected using X-bracing. The surrounding enclosure system consists of masonry walls with a height of 4.3 m. The mezzanine storage rack system has dimensions (W × D × H) = 1.17 × 2.84 × 3.53 m.

5. Office Building:
The building is a two-story structure with a floor area of 355 m². The walls are painted yellow, the floors are tiled, and the staircase is finished with granite.

  • Structure:
    The office building has a reinforced concrete column structural system with a cast-in-place flat concrete roof. The external walls are 220 mm thick masonry walls, while the internal partition walls are 110 mm thick.

6. Waste Treatment Building:
The building is a single-story structure with a floor area of 229.58 m². The ridge height is 5.6 m. The surrounding masonry walls are 5.2 m high. The roof is covered with insulated metal sheets.

7. Material Mixing Building:
The building is a single-story structure with a floor area of 122.18 m². The ridge height is 5.6 m. The surrounding masonry walls are 5.2 m high. The roof is covered with insulated metal sheets.

8. Auxiliary Building:
The building is a single-story structure with a floor area of 342.74 m², divided into two sections: a boiler house enclosed by masonry walls with a height of 4.4 m and roofed with galvanized steel sheets, and a fire protection equipment installation area.

    The boiler house features a load-bearing steel frame structure, with steel columns bolted to steel roof trusses and beams, and roof bracing provided. It is enclosed by masonry walls 4.4 m high and covered with galvanized steel sheet roofing.

The fire protection equipment installation area also features a load-bearing steel frame structure, with steel columns bolted to steel roof trusses and beams, and roof bracing provided. The roof is covered with galvanized steel sheets.

9. Guardhouse:
The building is a single-story structure with a floor area of 16 m². The walls are painted yellow.

    The guardhouse is a reinforced concrete structure with a cast-in-place flat concrete roof.

10. Warehouse:
The building is a single-story structure with a floor area of 578.56 m². The ridge height is 5.6 m. The external masonry wall is 0.6 m high. The roof is covered with insulated metal sheets.

  • Structure of the warehouse:
    The warehouse features a load-bearing steel frame structure. Steel columns are bolted to steel roof trusses and beams, and steel purlins are used to fasten the enclosure cladding sheets. The roof is covered with insulated metal sheets.

B - PURPOSE:
The inspection of factory buildings and auxiliary works aims to identify and record defects, damages, and deviations occurring in structural elements, as well as to determine the actual geometric parameters of the building structures and their components, and assess their conformity or deviation from the design specifications.

It also involves analysis and evaluation to determine the level of safety and potential risk of the structures.

C - SCOPE OF INSPECTION 

1. Load-bearing structure:

  • Foundation: Check settlement between the ground and the foundation

  • Columns: Check verticality (inclination)

  • Trusses: Check deflection

  • Purlins: Check deflection

  • Roof sheeting: Check thickness, deflection, and oxidation

2. Enclosure structure:

  • Brick walls: Check for vertical, horizontal, and diagonal cracks

  • Steel frame, panels: Check structural integrity
