CONTENTS OF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION FOR DAIMAY VIETNAM AUTO PARTS FACTORY PROJECT (PHASE 2)

Supervise all construction stages and work items, including structural work, M&E (mechanical and electrical), and other related works...; monitor work volume, construction quality, occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental sanitation, and document management as detailed in the attached quotation.

The construction schedule must be executed based on the master timeline. Party B shall continuously monitor the progress to provide timely proposals and recommendations; furthermore, Party B must be present daily at the site to sign the construction logbook and other relevant documents.

Inspect all raw materials and fuels used for the project and sign all necessary approval documents for materials. Should any materials be found non-compliant, Party B shall immediately request the contractor to remove them from the site.

Supervise all matters regarding the Contractor's personnel (including labor safety) and environmental protection. If any unsafe practices or risks of environmental pollution are detected (or suspected), Party B must take immediate action, including but not limited to proposing improvement plans and issuing stop-work orders (with prior notification to Party A).

Perform other supervision tasks in accordance with Vietnamese laws and the regulations of the Industrial Park.

Quality Requirements: The quality of construction supervision services provided by Party B must comply with the current codes and standards of the Vietnamese Government and the local industrial park, or as mutually agreed upon. Party B shall manage construction quality to ensure the works strictly follow the design drawings, comply with quality management regulations, and fulfill Party A's requirements.
