PROCEDURE FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION CONSULTANCY OF FOUNDATION AND BASEMENT STRUCTURES

Currently, the Ministry of Construction has issued the latest regulation, QCVN 18:2021/BXD (National Technical Regulation on Safety in Construction).
In principle, QCVNs (Regulations) are mandatory for application and have higher legal validity than TCVNs (Standards).
