CONTENTS OF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE MESSER HAI DUONG VIETNAM PROJECT
- Inspect and supervise contractors in performing tasks during the construction process, including but not limited to thư following tasks such as: construction conditions, mobilization and gathering of human resources, material resources, and construction machine, construction of works items, quality management of construction materials and equipments , construction quality, construction progress, construction safety, direct supervision at the site, ....in comparison to the approved design. To approve the general safety plan and detailed safety measures for specific jobs with high risk of unsafe labor in construction work.
- To carry out the work of reviewing and checking documents of construction contractors, including the following contents:
- Inspect construction contractors in legal documents, quality documents, and prepare as-built drawing documents.
- Acceptance of items that the contractor completes satisfactorily and the contractor requests acceptance. For items that the contractor performs that do not meet the requirements, Party B must refuse acceptance and request the contractor not be allowed to perform the next items and re-do those jobs until they meet the testing requirements.
- Confirm profile
- Chief supervisory consultant confirms quality records and as-built drawings according to the provisions of Decree No. 207/2026/ND-CP dated June 15, 2026 of the Government.
- The Consulting staff supervising departments to confirm quality records according to the provisions of Decree No. 207/2026/ND-CP dated June 15, 2026 of the Government.
- Sign and confirm with legal stamp to the quality records, volume records, payment records, settlement records, stage acceptance records, and handover and put-into-use records that meet the requirements according to regulations.
- Other confirmations according to current regulations.
- Provide records:
- Company capacity profile; Business registration, Certificate of construction activities (DOC, MOC), Certificate of capacity for construction activities guaranteed to be equivalent to the project level.
- Decision to establish a supervision consulting team.
- Degree and certificate attached to the Decision.
- On weekly and/or as the request of Party A, Party B is responsible for making reports and send to Party A on the actual situation at the construction site, the work performance of contractors, quality issues or other issues at the construction site and the consulting and supervision work that are performed. Report with recommendations and proposals to ensure or improve the quality and progress of work (if any).
- To provide Party A with the report on completion of construction supervision of contractors, stages, construction items, and construction works as prescribed in Appendix IVB of Decree No. 06/2021 /ND-CP.
- Participate in meetings with contractors as requested by Party A.
- Contact and report to Party A on contents related to the construction process such as: construction progress, quality, the arising during the construction process,...
- Participate in resolving or supervising the handling of construction quality incidents (if any) depending on the situation, specific requirements and assigned tasks;
- Must buy accident insurance for all employees working at the construction site;
- In charge of working with relevant units at the construction site (such as units: design, quality supervision, quality inspection, safety inspection, construction, suppliers, etc.).
- During the implementation of the Contract, in addition to the above scopes of work, two parties will agree to add additional scopes of work if Party A wants to increase management and supervision.
