- The residential building is constructed on a plot located within an existing high-density residential area, where adjacent buildings are situated close to the property boundaries. According to the design scheme, the house is developed as a 7-storey modern-style building, featuring large glass panels, spacious balconies, and an architectural façade system that creates a distinctive aesthetic appearance.
- With a height significantly greater than that of surrounding conventional residential houses, the project requires a structural system capable of ensuring stability, minimizing differential settlement, and complying with technical standards throughout both the construction phase and long-term operation. Construction supervision plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and timely completion of the project.
1. FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
- The excavation, foundation footing, foundation beam, and starter column construction stage is particularly critical, as the quality of the foundation directly determines the long-term stability and durability of the entire structure above.
