CONTENTS OF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION CONSULTANCY FOR THE CLEANROOM WORKS – AMTRAN VIETNAM TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. FACTORY PROJECT (PHASE 3)
- Supervision of construction activities and work items, including civil works, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, and other construction works (excluding fire protection and firefighting systems); monitoring construction quantities, workmanship quality, occupational health and safety, environmental sanitation, and project documentation management.
- Construction progress shall be carried out in accordance with the approved construction schedule. Party B shall continuously monitor the project progress and promptly provide recommendations and proposals when necessary. In addition, Party B shall be present at the construction site on a daily basis to review and sign the site diary and other relevant project documents.
- Inspect and verify all materials and construction supplies used for the project, and review and sign relevant documents and requests for their use. If any materials are found to be non-compliant with project requirements or specifications, the Contractor shall be instructed to immediately remove them from the site.
- Carry out supervision of all personnel-related matters, including supervising engineers and workers assigned by the Contractor, with particular attention to occupational health and safety and environmental protection requirements. If any unsafe construction practices or potential environmental hazards are identified or suspected, immediate corrective actions shall be taken, including but not limited to proposing improvement measures and requiring suspension of the works, provided that Party A is notified in advance.
- The quality of construction supervision consultancy services provided by Party B shall comply with the applicable codes, standards, and regulations of the Government of Vietnam, the relevant local industrial park requirements, and/or the agreements between the Parties. Party B shall carry out construction quality management, ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the approved design drawings, comply with construction quality management regulations and AVTC requirements, and satisfy the quality expectations of Party A.
- Weekly Construction Supervision Reports (Vietnamese–Chinese): Party B shall provide Party A with weekly reports detailing the construction activities completed and currently being carried out by the Contractor on site. The reports shall include a summary of the works completed and accepted during the reporting period, together with observations, analyses, and assessments by the supervision team regarding construction quality, work quantities, project progress, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection.
- Inspection and Acceptance Reports for Individual Work Items (in Vietnamese and Chinese): Upon completion of each construction stage, Party B shall carry out inspection and acceptance of the completed work quantities for that stage. In the event of any technical or quality-related issues, Party B shall immediately notify Party A and propose appropriate corrective actions and solutions.
- Upon Party A's request, Party B shall promptly provide verbal reports or submit written incident reports in both Vietnamese and Chinese.
