Based on the Economic-Technical Report dossier for the construction investment of the Renovation and Repair Works of the Workshop under the Cheng Loong Bac Giang High-Quality Packaging Manufacturing Plant Project provided by the Investor, the appraisal consultant, Sao Viet Design Consultancy and Construction Inspection Joint Stock Company (SVG Engineering), has conducted a review and assessment of the design documents and related materials in accordance with the current regulations of the construction laws and relevant legal provisions.

CONTENT OF VERTIFICATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT ECONOMIC - TECHNICAL REPORT DOSSIER FOR THE RENOVATION AND REPAIR OF THE WORKSHOP UNDER THE CHENG LOONG BAC GIANG HIGH-QUALITY PACKAGING MANUFACTURING PLANT PROJECT
The renovation and repair design solutions for the workshop were reviewed and evaluated based on the existing conditions of the structure. The assessment results indicate that the proposed solutions ensure structural safety, safety during construction and operation, comply with environmental protection requirements, and do not adversely affect the fire prevention and firefighting safety conditions of the facility.

The application of technical codes and standards in the design documentation was reviewed and assessed. The design dossier generally complies with the current regulations and applicable standards. The proposed technical solutions are appropriate to the scale and nature of the project and satisfy the requirements of construction design.

Review of the construction activity competency of the consulting organization and the professional qualifications of the individuals responsible for the design.
The legal documents, competency certificates of the consulting organization, and professional practice certificates of the individuals involved in the design work were reviewed and verified. The assessment results indicate that the consulting organization and the key design personnel possess the required qualifications and competencies in accordance with applicable regulations to undertake the design of the project.

Review of the suitability of the proposed project implementation plan by phases and work items in relation to the existing conditions of the facility.
The project implementation plan, construction sequence, and allocation of work items were reviewed and evaluated. The proposed implementation approach is considered appropriate to the existing conditions of the workshop, ensuring feasibility and safety while minimizing disruption to the plant’s ongoing production activities.
