- Prepare the Basic Design and Construction Drawing Design for the project based on the conceptual drawings provided by the Client in Chinese.
- Basic Design: Develop the conceptual ideas into comprehensive technical solutions, defining the technological process, main structural systems, and technical infrastructure systems.
- Construction Drawing Design: Provide detailed design for all components of the project, ensuring sufficient conditions for actual construction on site and compliance with current Vietnamese construction codes and standards (TCVN).
The scope of design work is implemented based on the conceptual documents provided by the Client in Chinese. During the implementation process, the design consultancy team is required to study, analyze, and convert the initial concepts into a complete set of technical documents in compliance with current Vietnamese construction codes and standards. At the same time, the design solutions must ensure optimization of production functions, reasonable internal traffic organization, fulfillment of the operational requirements of modern industrial production lines, and compatibility with future expansion and development plans.

- Office Building: 03 floors – 17.6m x 155.9m
- Factory Building 5: 03 floors – 36.9m x 151.4m
- Factory Building 6: 03 floors – 59m x 150.8m
The overall project is designed based on a modern industrial factory model, with emphasis on the integration between the administrative and management area and the production area, thereby creating an efficient, safe, and professional working environment.




- For the office building, the design approach focuses on creating a modern, convenient, and functionally optimized working environment. The 03-storey building is arranged along a longitudinal axis to maximize usable space while ensuring convenient connectivity with the production area. Functional spaces such as administrative offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, production control rooms, technical rooms, document storage areas, and supporting facilities are scientifically organized to meet the management and operational requirements of the factory. In addition, the architectural solutions emphasize natural lighting, ventilation, and energy efficiency, thereby contributing to an improved working environment for managers and employees.
- Regarding the structural solution, the office building is designed with a load-bearing frame system to ensure structural stability, load-bearing capacity, and long-term operational durability. The foundation, columns, beams, and floor systems are calculated in accordance with the site’s geological conditions and the building’s operational loads. In addition, the technical systems, including electrical, water supply and drainage, air conditioning and ventilation, telecommunications, fire protection and firefighting, and lightning protection systems, are comprehensively integrated from the design stage to ensure stable, safe, and convenient operation throughout the building’s use.
- Factory Building 5 is a key component in the factory’s production line. The building is designed with 03 storeys and a large-scale layout to meet the requirements for arranging equipment, technological production lines, and specialized manufacturing spaces for the Xingfa aluminum industry. During the design process, architectural and structural solutions are carefully studied to ensure sufficient load-bearing capacity for heavy industrial machinery and production equipment. The production spaces are arranged flexibly to facilitate production line organization, raw material circulation, and finished product transportation.
- The factory design solution also places special emphasis on ventilation and occupational safety. The systems of lighting openings, natural ventilation, and mechanical ventilation are reasonably arranged to ensure appropriate indoor microclimatic conditions within the building. Internal circulation routes, emergency stairways, and the fire protection and firefighting systems are designed in full compliance with current regulations, meeting safety requirements for industrial production and operation.
- For Factory Building 6, with its larger dimensions and more diverse operational requirements, the design process requires close coordination among the architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure the overall integration of the entire facility. The factory is designed following a modern industrial orientation, capable of meeting large-scale production demands while optimizing space utilization efficiency and internal operational organization within the building.
- The structural system is designed to meet the dynamic load requirements generated by production lines and industrial equipment. Material solutions are selected based on durability, corrosion resistance, and suitability for the industrial production environment. In addition, the design approach also emphasizes the flexibility for future expansion, renovation, and upgrading in order to support the factory’s long-term development needs.
- In addition, the project also aims to establish a modern, safe, and environmentally friendly production environment. Energy-saving solutions, optimization of natural lighting and ventilation, and the use of appropriate materials are carefully considered and applied throughout the design process. The technical infrastructure and drainage systems are designed to ensure stable operation, minimize impacts on the surrounding environment, and enhance the operational efficiency of the facility.
