CONTENTS OF CONSULTING SURVEYING ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION OF MESSER FACTORY IN VIETNAM
- Inspect and supervise contractors in performing tasks during the construction process, including but not limited to tasks such as: Construction conditions, mobilization and gathering of human resources, material resources, and machinery. machinery for construction, construction of construction items, quality management of materials, construction equipment, construction quality, construction progress, construction safety, direct supervision at the site, etc. .. compared to the approved construction method design. Approve the general safety plan and detailed safety measures for specific jobs with high risk of unsafe labor in construction work.
- Carrying out the work of reviewing and checking the investor's documents to serve the bidding work and construction contractors, including the following contents: Checking the investor's bidding documents, checking the contractor Construction work in preparing legal documents, quality documents and as-built drawing documents.
- Acceptance of items that the contractor has completed satisfactorily and when the contractor requests acceptance. For items that the contractor performs unsatisfactorily according to the corresponding Construction Contract, Party B must refuse acceptance and request that the contractor not be allowed to perform subsequent items and at the same time correct those items in accordance with the reality and provisions of the contract to meet the acceptance conditions specified in the Construction Contract as stated here.
- Confirm profile:
- The chief supervisory consultant confirms quality records and as-built drawings according to the provisions of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government.
- Sign and confirm with legal stamp the quality records, volume records, payment records, settlement records, stage acceptance records, and handover and put-to-use records that meet the requirements according to regulations.
- Other confirmations according to current regulations.
- Provide records: Within the time limit, Party A requests to provide capacity documents required by the project, including but not limited to the following documents:
- Company's capacity profile: Business registration; Certificate of construction activities (SXD, MOC); Certificate of construction activity capacity guaranteed to be equivalent to project level.
- Decided to establish a supervision consulting team.
- Degree and certificate attached to the Decision.
- On a weekly basis and/or at the request of Party A, Party B is responsible for making reports to Party A on the actual situation at the construction site, the performance of contractors, quality issues and / or other issues at the construction site along with the results of the consulting and supervision work performed. Report with recommendations and proposals to ensure and/or improve work quality and progress (if any).

- In charge of working with relevant units at the construction site (such as units: Design, quality supervision, quality inspection, safety inspection, construction, suppliers, ...)
- During the implementation of the Contract, in addition to the above scopes of work, the two parties will agree to add additional scopes of work if Party A wants to increase management and supervision.
