SUPERVISION OF PREPRESSING WORK OF PRESTRESSED CENTRIFUGAL REINFORCED CONCRETE PILES
- Check the condition of equipment used for pile pressing: press machine, welding machine, crane machine, electronic total station, clamp meter. The inspection results of the parties must be confirmed in the inspection form (according to the form).
- Check infrastructure for construction: Power transmission lines, ground conditions, concrete mixing plants, warehouses and yards; laboratory...
- Check the validity of construction materials and equipment certificates;
- Acceptance of quality of input materials (steel, concrete....)
- Check the pile construction methods and sequence, and the press moving diagram prepared by the construction contractor and approved by the Supervision Consultant.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF PRESTRESSED CENTRIFUGAL REINFORCED CONCRETE PILES
- Construction must be in accordance with the approved design, technical standards and technical commitments in the contract.
- Stay at the site during construction. When detecting any violations during the construction and installation process, the Supervision Consultant (TVGS) must make appropriate decisions.
- Before constructing piles, test piles must be manufactured, test piles lowered and test piles tested. Test results of test piles must be compared with the approved design before piles can be constructed.
- Supervise the pile manufacturing process, check the correct section size, correct steel type, and correct design concrete grade. Pile acceptance test before construction.
- Supervise and check positioning work before construction
