- Check the conditions for starting construction works according to the provisions of law;
- Prepare quality management record forms in accordance with State regulations VietNam.
- Participate in quality acceptance testing of main construction jobs invited by the Contractor for acceptance.
- Instruct construction contractors to regularly and periodically record construction site diaries.
- Sign and approve quality documents and completion documents in accordance with State regulations required for Supervision Consultants. In case it is discovered that the quality of the work that must be signed does not comply with regulations, may cause unsafety or violate the law, the supervision consultant has the right to refuse to sign and request modifications to ensure quality and safety.
- Monitor and accept experimental work, inspect supplies and materials used in the project and store records of origin and experimental results.
- Guide and urge construction contractors to complete quality documents, inspect, accept and sign project completion documents to ensure complete documents.
- Check the compatibility of the construction contractor's capacity with the bid documents and construction contract.
- Check the contractor's construction methods against the approved construction method design.
- Review and approve the contents submitted by the contractor and request the construction contractor to edit these contents during the construction process to suit the reality and regulations of the contract.
- Inspect and approve materials, components, construction products, and equipment installed in the project.
- Inspect and urge construction contractors and other contractors to carry out construction work at the site according to the requirements of the construction design and construction progress of the project.
