CONTENTS OF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF VANDERLEUN FACTORY IN VIETNAM
a. Check the conditions for starting construction works according to the provisions of law;
b. Check the suitability of the construction contractor's capacity with the bid dossier and construction contract, including:
- Check the suitability of construction equipment and contractor's manpower with the contract signed with the Investor.
- Check and approve the construction organization and construction methods of each job submitted by the contractor against the requirements of the project and the signed contract.
- Check the quality management system of the construction contractor;
- Inspect laboratories and production facilities of construction materials, components and products for construction by construction contractors.
- Check and report to the investor on the conformity with the requirements of the project and the signed contract for the materials and equipment of the contractors about to be put into use for the work;
- Inspect and report to the Investor on conditions and measures to ensure labor safety, environmental sanitation and fire and explosion prevention during the construction process.
c. Check and approve the types of supplies, materials and equipment proposed by the contractor for the work according to the technical requirements stated in the Request and Contract.
d. Inspection and supervision during construction work.
