CONTENTS OF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF VINA PRIDE SEAFOODS FACTORY IN LONG HAU INDUSTRIAL PARK IN LONG AN PROVINCE VIETNAM
The content and volume of the project management consultant to supervise the construction of factory works include quality, volume, progress, labor safety and environmental protection during construction.
- Check the conditions for starting construction works according to the provisions of law.
- Check the suitability of the construction contractor's capacity with the bid dossier and construction contract, including:
- Inspecting the human resources and construction equipment of the construction contractor put on the construction site;
- Check, evaluate and report the progress of contractors
- Check the quality management system of the construction contractor
- Check the license to use machinery, equipment and materials with safety requirements for the construction of works.
- Inspect laboratories and production facilities of construction materials, components and products for construction by construction contractors.
- Inspection and supervision of the quality of supplies, materials and equipment installed in the works shall be carried out by the construction contractor and the equipment supplier according to the design requirements, including:
- Check the manufacturer's quality certificate, test results of standard conformity laboratories and equipment quality inspection results of organizations recognized by competent state agencies for materials , components, construction products, equipment installed for the works before being put into the works;
- In case of doubting the results of inspection of the quality of materials and equipment installed in the work performed by the construction contractor or the equipment supplier, the project supervisor must report to the Investor to conduct direct inspection of materials, materials and equipment installed in construction works.
- Inspection and supervision during the construction process, including:
- Check the construction methods of the construction contractor;
- Regularly checking and systematically monitoring the process of construction contractors;
- Inspect, supervise and urge the formulation and implementation of measures to ensure labor safety, environmental sanitation and fire and explosion prevention of contractors.
- Confirm as-built drawings;
