- Check the conditions for starting construction works according to the provisions of Article 107 of the Construction Law.
- Checking the suitability of the construction contractor's capacity with the bid documents and construction contracts, including: Human resources, construction equipment, specialized construction laboratories, management system quality management of construction contractors;
- Check the contractor's construction method against the approved design and construction method;
- Review and approve the contents submitted by the contractor, including:
- Plan to organize experiments and quality control, monitor and measure technical parameters of the works according to design requirements and technical instructions.
- Measures to check and control the quality of materials, products, components and equipment used for the work; design construction methods, which specify measures to ensure safety for people, machines, equipment and works.
- Plan for inspection and acceptance of construction work, pre-acceptance test of construction stage or parts (item) of construction work, test and acceptance for completion of work items or construction works.â
