CONTENTS OF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF CHENG LOONG PACKAGING FACTORY IN BAC GIANG PROVINCE VIETNAM
1. Notify relevant contractors of the duties and authorities of individuals in the quality management system of Cheng Loong Co., Ltd. and SVG Engineering for coordination;
2. Check the conditions for starting construction works according to the provisions of Article 107 of the Construction Law;
3. Check the construction contractor's capacity to match the bidding documents and construction contract, including: Human resources, construction equipment, specialized construction laboratories, and the construction contractor's quality management system;
4. Check the contractor's construction measures against the approved design and construction measures;
5. Review and approve the contents submitted by the contractor
6. Check and approve materials, components, construction products, and equipment installed in the project;
7. Inspect and urge construction contractors and other contractors to carry out work at the site according to the requirements on construction progress of the project;
8. Supervise the implementation of environmental protection regulations for construction works according to the provisions of the law on environmental protection; supervise safety measures for neighboring works, and construction monitoring work;
9. Supervise the assurance of labor safety according to regulations of standards, contract provisions and regulations of law on labor safety;
10. If the design is found to be incorrect or unreasonable, the investor is requested to adjust the design;
11. Notify and coordinate with the Investor to temporarily suspend construction for construction contractors and request the construction unit to make adjustments when it is found that the construction quality does not meet technical requirements, the construction measures do not ensure safety or potential dangers are discovered; Take the lead and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve problems arising during the construction process and coordinate to handle and overcome incidents according to Decree 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government on quality management and maintenance of construction works;
12. Check documents for acceptance; check and confirm completion drawings;
13. Organize control experiments and quality inspection of construction components, construction items, and construction works according to the provisions of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government on quality management and maintenance of construction works;
14. Conduct acceptance of construction work to move to the next construction step, acceptance of construction stages or construction parts, acceptance of completed construction items and construction works according to regulations; check and confirm completed construction volume; check and confirm progress payment and final settlement of construction value.
15. Organize the preparation of construction completion records;
16. The supervisor is responsible for labor safety on the construction site during construction.
17. Perform other contents as prescribed in the construction contract.
18. The supervising consultant must judge the reasonableness and conformity with Vietnamese law in Party A's procedures with the state, and at the same time edit and complete those procedures.
