CONTENTS OF FACTORY CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF BUMHAN VINA HEAVY INDUSTRIES PROJECT IN VIETNAM

- Total construction area: 48.697,32 m2
- Total green tree area: 16.244,00 m2
- Infrastructure road area: 15.058,68 m2
*** Factory project scale:
Construction of a new factory includes: Manufacturing yard; Installing the Module; Office; Dining room; Storehouse; Internal roads; Water supply and drainage system; Fire prevention and fighting (PCC); Toilets and other auxiliary works.
*** Content of factory construction supervision work:
1- Inspect and supervise contractors in performing tasks during construction, including but not limited to tasks such as: Construction conditions; Mobilization; Gather human resources, material resources, and machinery for construction; Construction of project items; Manage the volume and quality of construction materials, construction quality, construction progress, construction safety; Direct supervision at the scene; ...
2- Carry out the work of reviewing and checking documents of construction contractors, including the following contents: Checking construction contractors in legal documents, quality records, and preparing as-built drawing documents.
3- Acceptance of items completed by the contractor satisfactorily and the contractor requests acceptance. For items that the contractor performs that do not meet the requirements, Party B must refuse acceptance and request that the contractor not be allowed to perform the next items and re-do those jobs until they meet the testing requirements.
4- Confirm profile:
- The chief supervisory consultant confirms quality records and as-built drawings according to the provisions of Decree No. 06/2021/ND - CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government.
- Consulting staff supervising departments confirm quality records according to the provisions of Decree No. 06/2021/ND - CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government.
- Sign and confirm with a legal stamp the quality records, volume records, settlement records, stage acceptance records, and handover and put-to-use records that meet the prescribed requirements.
- Other confirmations according to current regulations.
5- Provide profile:
- Within the time limit, Party A requests to provide capacity documents to meet the project's requirements, including but not limited to the following documents:
- Company capacity profile, business registration, Construction activities certificate, Construction activities capacity certificate guaranteed to be equivalent to project level.
- Decided to establish a supervision consulting team.
- Degree and certificate attached to the Decision.
- On a weekly basis and/or at the request of Party A, Party B is responsible for making reports to Party A on the actual situation at the construction site, the work performance of the contractors, quality issues or other issues at the construction site and the consulting and supervision work performed. Report with recommendations and proposals to ensure or improve the quality and progress of work (if any).
7- Other content:
- Participate in meetings with contractors requested by Party A.
- Contact and report to Party A on contents related to the construction process such as: construction progress, quality, arising during the construction process,...
- Participate in resolving or supervising the handling of construction quality incidents (if any) depending on the situation, specific requirements and assigned tasks.
- Accident insurance must be purchased for all employees working at the construction site.
- In charge of working with relevant units at the construction site (such as units: design, quality supervision, quality control, safety inspection, construction, suppliers, etc.)
8- During the proper implementation of the Contract, in addition to the above scopes of work, the two parties will agree to add additional scopes of work if Party A wants to increase management and supervision.
