The implementation of the Hua Zhuang Electronics Factory Project (Vietnam) The next phase marks an important step forward in SVG Engineering's construction supervision consulting mission. We always ensure the quality, progress and absolute compliance with current technical standards and regulations. SVG Engineering Construction Supervision Consulting Unit is responsible for comprehensive control of all construction activities, from foundation, structure, technical systems to completion, with the aim of putting the factory into operation effectively, safely and achieving success as expected by the Investor.

CONTENTS OF SUPERVISION OF HUA ZHUANG ELECTRONICS (VIET NAM) FACTORY - NEXT PHASE

- Supervise the stages and items of construction, electricity, water, and technical infrastructure (except fire protection, elevators, electricity supplied to technology, equipment, and transformer stations). quality of construction work, construction quality, and labor safety and hygiene, environmental hygiene and document management.

- Construction progress must be carried out based on the construction progress table. Party B must always monitor the progress of the project to promptly propose recommendations, and at the same time be present at the construction site every day to sign the construction diary and related documents.

- Check the materials used for the project and sign documents and materials requiring use related to the project. If found unsuitable, request the contractor to immediately relocate.

- Carry out supervision of all human-related matters; Supervisors and workers dispatched by the Construction Contractor (including Labor Safety) and environmental protection, if detecting (or suspecting) unsafe construction or risk of environmental pollution, shall must immediately carry out timely handling, including but not limited to proposing an improvement plan requiring construction stoppage (must notify terminal A in advance).

- Carry out other supervision work according to the provisions of Vietnamese law and other management regulations of the Industrial Park.

- Quality requirements: The quality of construction supervision consulting is carried out by Party B in accordance with the current regulations and standards of the State of Vietnam and local industrial parks or according to the agreement of the two parties, conduct construction quality management supervision, ensure construction is in accordance with design drawings, comply with regulations on construction quality management, and ensure Party A's requirements.

- Delivered products: Weekly construction supervision report in Vietnamese - Chinese: Party B provides Party A with weekly reports on the construction items completed and being performed by the contractor at the construction site, including a report on work completed and accepted during the reporting period, comments and analysis of the construction supervision department on quality, volume, progress, labor safety and environmental protection. 

- Acceptance report for each item in Vietnamese - Chinese version: After each completed construction stage, Party B must carry out acceptance of the workload of each completed construction stage. If there are any problems regarding technical or quality issues, Party B must immediately notify Party A, and provide a solution.

- Control and sign to confirm as-built drawings, as-built documents, and related completed work volume.

- Prepare a complete construction supervision consulting report in Chinese - Vietnamese and hand it over to Party A.
