CONTENTS OF MANAGEMENT CONSULTING AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF SENAO NETWORKS VIETNAM WORKSHOP - PHASE 1
- Provide project management consultancy, including but not limited to the following tasks: Review and inspect the progress of the construction contractor; Assess the current status of project implementation and understand the project implementation procedures (Comply with Vietnamese law) to plan project management and control; Assess changes related to design, construction, construction materials, labor safety, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting, testing, acceptance and handover. Propose appropriate measures to the Investor to ensure that the above changes do not affect the safety, quality and progress of project implementation.
- Supervise construction stages and items, electricity and water, fire prevention and fighting, other construction works, construction work volume, construction quality, occupational safety and hygiene, environmental sanitation and record management.
- Construction progress must be carried out based on the construction progress table. Party B must always monitor the construction progress to promptly make recommendations and proposals, and must be present at the construction site daily to sign the construction diary and related documents.
- Check raw materials used for the project and sign documents and requests for use related to the project. If found inappropriate, request the contractor to immediately move them.
- Carry out supervision work on all issues related to people: supervisors and workers sent by the Contractor (including Labor Safety) and environmental protection. If unsafe construction or environmental pollution risks are detected (or suspected), timely handling must be carried out immediately, including but not limited to proposing improvement plans and requesting to stop construction (must notify Party A in advance).
- Carry out other supervisory work in accordance with Vietnamese law and the management regulations of the Industrial Park.
*** Quality requirements:
The quality of project management consultancy and construction supervision performed by Party B shall comply with the regulations on current regulations and standards of the Vietnamese State and local industrial parks or as agreed by the two Parties, conduct supervision and management of construction quality, ensure construction is in accordance with design drawings, comply with regulations on construction quality management and regulations of AVTC, and ensure that Party A's requirements are met.
*** Deliverables:
- Monthly project management consulting and construction supervision reports in Vietnamese - Chinese: Party B provides Party A with monthly reports on the items that the contractor has completed and is performing at the construction site, including reports on completed and accepted work during the reporting period, as well as comments, analysis and evaluation of the construction supervision department on quality, volume, progress, labor safety and environmental protection.
- Acceptance report for each item in Vietnamese - Chinese: After each construction stage is completed, Party B must conduct acceptance of the work volume of each completed construction stage. If there are any technical or quality problems, Party B must immediately notify Party A and propose a solution.
- Upon request by Party A, Party B must immediately report orally or prepare a written report of the incident in Vietnamese or Chinese.
- Control and confirm completion drawings, completion documents, and related completed work volume.
- Prepare a complete supervision consulting report in Chinese - Vietnamese and hand it over to Party A.
