CONTENTS OF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION CONSULTING FOR MIDWAY METALS VIETNAM FACTORY PROJECT - NEXT PHASE
1- Inspect and supervise contractors in performing work during construction, including but not limited to: Construction conditions; Mobilization, gathering, human resources, materials, machinery for construction; Construction of project items; Management of construction material quality, construction quality, construction progress, construction safety, direct supervision at the site, ...
2- Conducting the work of reviewing and checking the documents of construction contractors, including the following contents: Checking the construction contractors in the work of legal documents, quality documents, and preparing completion drawings.
3- Acceptance of items that the contractor has completed satisfactorily and the contractor has requested acceptance. For items that the contractor has not completed satisfactorily, Party B must refuse acceptance and request the contractor not to perform the following items and to re-perform the work until the acceptance requirements are met.
4- Confirm profile:
- The chief supervisory consultant confirms the quality records and completion drawings according to the provisions of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government.
- The consulting staff supervises the departments to confirm the quality records according to the provisions of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government.
- Sign and confirm with legal seal on quality records, volume records, payment and settlement records, stage acceptance records, and handover records for use that meet the requirements as prescribed.
- Other confirmations according to current regulations.
5- Provide documents:
- Company profile; Business registration; Construction activity certificate (SXD, BXD); Construction activity capacity certificate ensures equivalent to the construction level.
- Decision to establish a monitoring advisory team.
- Certificate attached to Decision.
6- Periodically every week or upon request of Party A, Party B is responsible for preparing a report to Party A on the actual situation at the construction site, the performance of contractors, quality issues or other issues at the construction site and the supervision consulting work performed. The report is accompanied by recommendations and proposals to ensure or improve the quality and progress of the work (if any).
7- Other works:
- Participate in meetings with contractors as required by Party A.
- Contact and report to Party A on matters related to the construction process such as: construction progress, quality, problems arising during construction, etc.
- Participate in resolving or supervising the processing of quality work (if any) depending on the situation, detail requirements and analyzed tasks;
- Accident insurance must be purchased for all employees working at the construction site;
- Responsible for working with relevant units at the construction site (such as units: design, quality supervision, quality control, safety inspection, construction, suppliers, ...)
- During the construction process, in addition to the work in the Contract, the two parties may agree to add other work arising from Party A's request to increase management and supervision.
