SVG Engineering is a reputable unit with over 17 years of experience in the field of inspection construction of factories (plant, workshop) in Hai Phong as well as in other provinces in Vietnam. Appointed by the People's Court of An Duong district, we have agreed to receive the main workshop construction inspection of the Cuu Long Steel factory project at the address Hamlet 5, Bac Son Commune, An Duong District, Hai Phong City.
CONTENTS OF MAIN WORKSHOP INSPECTION OF CUU LONG STEEL FACTORY PROJECT
- Before performing main workshop inspection: Meet the Investor and collect information (Design drawings, construction information, ...). Then, quote and sign workshop inspection contract with the Investor (Labor costs, machine costs, testing costs, ...).
- SVG engineers are fully qualified in the field of construction inspection, understand the construction laws during the inspection process.
- Some items that need to be inspected in the main workshop include: Concrete foundation, floor, rail foundation; Concrete foundation grade 1 - outside the workshop - phase 2; Concrete foundation type 2+3 (rail foundation, support floor); Foundation stone foundation type 2+3; Production operator; Cable.
- SVG Engineering carries out survey, inspection, measurement, evaluation and verification activities at the site. We use a number of testing equipment such as: bouncing gun, reinforced concrete strength ultrasound machine, caliper, ruler, electronic measuring device, concrete drill to take samples for testing, ...
- The parameters recorded at the scene were photographed and made into a photo appendix with the attached list. Preliminary comparison with design drawings and as-built drawings provided by the Court.
- Record a list of concrete and steel samples taken at the site and tested at the site. At the same time, confirm the quantity and condition of patient samples for the laboratory to build LAS 09 to preserve and conduct experiments as required. The inspection results on the quality of concrete and steel will be updated by us in the inspection drawings and serve as a basis for quality assessment.
- Making minutes, the above contents have been approved by all the participating parties. Make a field report with photo appendices, agreeing to the parties involved.
