- Immediately after signing the contract, SVG Engineering collected information provided by ICO Construction and Trading Company Limited such as: Architectural drawings of the current status of the project before renovation; Architectural drawings of the current status of the project after renovation. SVG Engineering's construction engineering team quickly conducted a visual survey of the residential project at 180 Van Cao - Hai Phong City and used equipment for construction quality inspection such as laser measuring machines, surveying machines, crack measuring rulers, basic steel rulers, etc.
- The project at 180 Van Cao consists of 2 houses (A, B) made of reinforced concrete, 4 floors high, the project is in the process of renovating its function. The walls of the 2nd & 3rd floors were knocked down, the floors of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors were renovated with stepped foundations to reduce the slope.
- SVG Engineering construction engineers use a total station to measure the tilt of a tilted house for inspection.
- We observed cracks in columns, beams, floors and walls along the house with the naked eye, marked the location, then checked and measured the length and width with a crack gauge, caliper, and basic steel ruler.
- All images and data are recorded visually and through precise inspection equipment, we SVG Engineering will prepare a report on the tilt and subsidence assessment of the house at 180 Van Cao Hai Phong. From there, we will propose solutions to fix and design reinforcement (if any), and estimate the most economical design and construction costs for the homeowner (if any).
