From the requirements, aspirations and ideas of the Investor, the architect created a 3D perspective to design the welcome gate with two featured images: the lighthouse and the wings. The gate of the industrial park has a reinforced concrete pillar with a polygonal cross-section that changes with height, on top of the pillar is an aluminum and glass structure, inside is a sphere made of artificial stone or quartz stone or aqua block, 2 auxiliary pillars are a combination of steel pipes, 2 wings are a combination of steel beams. The height of the main pillar is 9.9 m, the length of the steel beam span is 23m.

The project is divided into three parts:
- The body is a reinforced concrete polygonal cylinder with a height of 9.3m.
- The wing part is a combination of shaped steel with steel beam span up to 23m. This steel complex is linked together and placed through the reinforced concrete pillar body and linked to the body.
- The top part is a polygonal block made of aluminum and glass frame 4m high. The aluminum and glass frame is placed above the reinforced concrete body, which is linked to the body according to the construction method of the contractor after reaching agreement with the design unit.
