- According to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 24 and Clause 2, Article 11 of the Vietnam Construction Law, the 1/2000 detailed planning is one of the two main types of construction detailed planning in the planning of industrial parks.
- 1/2000 plan is a type of spatial map, landscape architecture or general use ground map, traffic planning, technical infrastructure diagram, electromechanical.
- The 1/2000 plan is usually implemented by the locality. However, in some new projects in the area, contractors must comply with State regulations.
- After the 1/2000 scale project plan is approved, the competent State agencies will update the general plan of the whole area.
- This is the stage of directional planning for industrial park projects in order to strictly manage the construction and construction process. Detail construction design will not be formally designed during this period.
- The 1/2000 plan helps to determine the traffic network and land use planning parameters such as: plot area, construction density, red line boundary, number of building floors, ...
