Workshop structure inspection for solar battery installation is a factory quality inspection to determine the structural quality of the workshop's current status, calculate and check load-bearing capacity and safety of the workshop structure for the installation of solar panels on the roof. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Construction Inspection, SVG Engineering has completed many projects and brought peace of mind and satisfaction to customers/investors.

CONTENTS OF WORKSHOP STRUCTURE INSPECTION FOR SOLAR BATTERY INSTALLATION
To ensure the safe installation of solar panels, it is necessary to have an independent workshop inspection unit to inspect and review workshop design and construction documents combined with checking the actual status of the workshop in order to detect damage and come up with a plan to adjust the components that do not ensure the bearing capacity when changing the function in the direction of increasing the load.
1 - SVG Engineering conducts visual observations by eyes, checking the general condition of the workshop including architecture, structure, and damage defects (if any) that may affect the workshop's load-bearing capacity at present.
2 - SVG Engineering uses workshop Inspection Equipment to check the following factors:
- Check the geometric dimensions of the main load-bearing components of the workshop using a steel ruler and caliper.
- Check the concrete strength and check the reinforcement of load-bearing structures at some typical load-bearing locations (if the structure is reinforced concrete) using a rebound gun and an ultrasonic steel reinforcement machine.
- Check the reinforcement of typical column, beam, and floor structures using an ultrasonic steel reinforcement machine.
- Check the diameter and number of bolt connections and connection bolts at some typical load-bearing connection locations using calipers.
- Check the verticality of columns and deflections of roof truss beams using surveying machines and laser machines.
- Check and record the current condition of the corrugated iron roof: type of corrugated iron, current condition of corrugated iron roof, leaks of the workshop.
- Check the mounting links, joints, whether the house has a crane or not, and the current usage.
- Check the electrical system, fire protection system to ensure workshop safety.
- Calculate and check the bearing capacity of workshop structures when installing solar power on the roof in accordance with current regulations and standards such as load and design standards, design standards Concrete and reinforced concrete structures, Steel structures - Steel structure design standards and relevant current regulations.
3- SVG Engineering provided the following results after inspecting the workshop structure capable of installing a solar battery system:
- After inspecting the workshop, if the workshop structure ensures its bearing capacity, the units will install solar panels on the roof of the workshop.
- If the workshop structure does not yet have the bearing capacity, we will propose a reinforcement design plan, then carry out reinforcement construction to ensure safety when installing the solar power system on the roof.
