- Before performing the inspection of the factory and auxiliary works of the V&L packaging factory: We approached the Investor, Mr. Wu Jian, and collected information such as: Design drawings or construction drawings; Make a list of load-bearing structures that need to be inspected and evaluated. Factory inspection costs include: Labor costs; Machinery costs; Sampling cost; Cost of repairing the impact site to take samples for testing (if any)...
- SVG Engineering construction engineers perform visual inspection and measure cracks and deformations of structures (columns, beams, floors), joints, and supports.
- SVG Engineering construction engineers conduct geometric deformation measurements using surveying machines, laser rulers, and meter rulers. For columns check verticality, for beams and floors check deflection. Check the waterproofing and leak-proofing of the factory roof.
- Prepare an assessment report after having a complete field report. Issue a force-bearing safety certificate for a period of 05 years from the date of issue. Report survey results and evaluate construction quality to ensure compliance and meet the requirements of the Investor and at the same time comply with current standards and regulations of Vietnamese law.
