CONTENTS OF INSPECTION THE QUALITY OF THE ROOF STRUCTURE FOR EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
Below is the sequence of steps to carry out our construction inspection :
Step1: Preliminary survey of the project, collection, investigation and analysis of information and documents related to the surveyed project.
Step2: Survey and determine the roof structure diagram of the project.
Step3: Detailed survey of the current roof condition: column structure, beams, roof floor.
Step4: Check, take photos, and compile statistics on defects and damages (if any).
Step5: Conduct experiments to determine compressive concrete strength using ultrasonic meters and rebound guns; Check the diameter of the reinforcement, the quantity of steel, and the thickness of the protective layer in the reinforced concrete structures of the beams, floors, and columns in the area where the equipment is installed.
Step6: Prepare structural calculation reports, structural calculation annexes.
Step7: Analyze, evaluate, prepare reports on inspection results and hand over documents.
